  Cleaning appointments are charged per hour, and are subject to percentage-based processing fee and tax, which may appear as a separate charge.

  Example: $166.95 cleaning appointment = 3 hours x $50 per hour + 5% processing fee + 6% tax
• Voucher purchase
  Vouchers purchases are pre-paid certificates that entitle the voucher holder a free number of cleaning hours. Any additional hours are charged to the credit card on file.

  Example: $149 voucher = 3 pre-paid cleaning hours
• ForeverClean membership
  ForeverClean memberships grant customers discounts of up to 50% on all their cleanings. Memberships fees are typically charged monthly and are separate from cleaning charges.

  Example: $39 ForeverClean membership
